Get a Capital One Account

Filed under: General — site admin @ 6:06 am

In a blatant attempt to draw a little cash from this meandering, rambling journey that is this blog I present the following:

  • Open a new Capital One credit or online banking account and get $25.00 credited to your account.
  • I get a matching amount in my credit card account (slightly less in my online banking account) :)

All you have to do is click the more link and follow the instructions –>

To open a new credit card account visit capitalone.com/friend, choose your card and apply online. Then check the box for the Referral Program and enter your referral ID 9UGXOUH9XR.
You have to:

  • apply
  • be approved
  • activate your card before December 31, 2007

We will both receive a $25 statement credit. These credits will be posted within 3 billing cycles after you have activated your card.

If you prefer to open an online banking account (which is a little limited, but not terribly so)

High Yield Money Market Account features:

  • A competitive rate, currently a 5.00% Annual Percentage Yield (APY)(1)
  • No fees, no minimum balance
  • Free checks and an ATM card(2)
  • Easy online transfers to and from existing accounts(2)

Apply online at capitalone.com (yes, that’s a really long url in the link) and use referral code: AM3QCJRDF

Just open the account by November 30, 2007.

  1. Yep. It’s an older post, but I’m moving it to the top from time to time, ’cause it’s all about the Benjamins (at least this post is 8) )
