How about putting up or shutting up yourself?
Rick Renzi, the carpet bagger Congressman from Virginia- er Arizona, stated he was looking forward to debates with Paul Babbitt who is looking to take the seat in November. He essentially said it was time for Babbitt to ‘put up or shut up’, but when it came time for the first debate we was ‘too busy’ in Washington, DC due to some ‘important votes’ Babbitt’s press release can be found here. Interestingly enough, Renzi wasn’t too busy to be at the NAU homecoming tailgate party October 2.

People like you make me sick. If he was at the debates you would have bitched that he wasn’t serving AZ in Washington. He was doing the job District 1 voted him in to do!! They weren’t voting in DC on the day of the NAU game so obviously Renzi was there! He’s an Alumni of NAU! And if you’d do your research you’d find that he is a native Arizonan….he grew up here, went to school here, went to college here…left to get further education, then returned to open up a business.

So just which bills was he voting for on Saturday, October 2?, the day of the debate and the very NAU home coming tail gate party that got Renzi a little face time on local TV.
Nobody else seemed to be voting on Saturday and he certainly wasn’t so tied up with voting that he was prevented from being able to glad hand his old ‘college buddies’.
