The latest commercial for Special K cereal asks if you want a snack that doesn’t “blow your whole day”.
They go on to state that “studies show replacing your late night snack with a lower calorie snack has been shown to help you lose weight”. Wait. I’m not sure I heard that right. If you don’t eat as many calories you could lose weight? So that’s what I’ve been doing wrong.
