It’s time to comment on a few things that have been happening in and around Flagstaff lately.

First the Arizona Snowbowl lost a court battle - they can go higher and will most undoubtedly try - to make snow. They want to make snow to keep the mountain open and make skiing available and reliable. The thing is the mountain is “sacred” to many tribes in the area. *sigh* I’m going to let this rest for a day or so before I tell you that I don’t think the decision is a good one.

Libby guilty on 4 of 5 counts - CNN.com
So what does that mean for Cheney, who surely pushed Libby to leak the information? Or for Dubya who was “in charge” of the whole shebang? This would have never become an issue if both of them hadn’t wanted to take out Saddam and contorted intelligence reports to support their plan. Chances are good that they will get off scott free.
